**Return and Refund Policy**

**Effective Date: January 1, 2024**

Thank you for shopping with the Trendy SPED. We strive to provide you with quality products and exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

**30-Day Return Policy:**

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

**Store Credit:**

All returns will be refunded in the form of a store credit. The store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed the store credit.

**How to Initiate a Return:**

1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@trendysped.com to request instructions on how to return your item. Include your order number in the subject line. 
2. Pack the item securely, include the original packing slip, and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

**Return Shipping:**

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 5 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or may arrange for a replacement.

**Exchanges:**

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.

**Non-Returnable Items:**

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to gift cards and downloadable software products.

**Refunds on Gift Purchases:**

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
